This is a wonderful old traditional quilt block pattern featuring seven stars in a circle. It is named after the Pleiades constellation which includes seven bright stars in a cluster, often called the Seven Sisters. The 7-pointed star or heptagram is another installment in our constellation of Sacred Geometry stars.
